This is the story of Mr. Amarjeet, who purchased a KTM RC 200 from the opposing party (M/S. Universal Automotives Private Limited) in December 2021. Mr Amarjeet paid a total of INR 2,08,717/- in taxes. Mr Amarjeet booked the regular service for his bike from the opposite party only, and he also informed the opposite party that the rear suspension of the bike was damaged during the warranty period, and when Mr Amarjeet informed the opposite party about his concern, they flatly refused to repair the same and demanded INR 5,500/- despite having a warranty of 2 years.
Following that, Mr Amarjeet returned to the opposing party to discuss his issue, but the opposing party did not resolve it. He was told once more that the opposite party could repair the bike, but Mr Amarjeet would have to pay the charges for the same. Mr. Amarjeet filed several repair complaints, but the opposing party never responded with a solution.
When Mr Amarjeet realized that attempting to communicate with the opposing party was futile, he approached Consumer Chanakya.

इसके बाद, श्री अमरजीत अपने मुद्दे पर चर्चा करने के लिए विरोधी पक्ष में लौट आए, लेकिन विरोधी पक्ष ने इसका समाधान नहीं किया। उन्हें एक बार फिर बताया गया कि विरोधी पक्ष बाइक की मरम्मत कर सकता है, लेकिन श्री अमरजीत को इसके लिए शुल्क का भुगतान करना होगा। श्री अमरजीत ने कई मरम्मत शिकायतें दर्ज कीं, लेकिन विरोधी पक्ष ने कभी समाधान नहीं दिया।
जब श्री अमरजीत को एहसास हुआ कि विरोधी पक्ष के साथ संवाद करने का प्रयास व्यर्थ है, तो उन्होंने कंज्यूमर चाणक्य से संपर्क किया।
